Top 7 New Shows Available This Week on Netflix, Hulu, TV and More (July 8-14)

Cool off and beat the heat with new shows premiering this week on Netflix, Hulu, other streaming services, and broadcast and cable channels.

This week's lineup of new shows includes several fan favorites, including "The Bachelorette," "The Serpent Queen," and "All American: Homecoming" and "Vikings: Valhalla." The latter two are in their final seasons, so don't miss them.

For his debut, the animated comedy "Exploding Kittens" is an irreverent look at the battle between God and the devil. And the true-life documentary series "Mastermind: To Think Like a Killer" explores the origins of serial killer profiling. Here are the top new programs to check out this week.

Summer Love, Ugly Tears. The new season of "The Bachelorette" means D-R-A-M-A, tears, and accusations that someone is not there for the "right reasons. Season 21 will feature the first Asian-American lead, 26-year-old Jen Tran. She unsuccessfully tried to win the heart of Bachelor Joey Graziadei earlier this year. Now she will be handing roses to male suitors whose jobs range from aerospace engineer to day trader to "pet portrait entrepreneur."

Premieres Monday, July 8 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC (via Sling or Fubo). Hulu

The young-adult drama will conclude its third and final season, unless another broadcaster saves it from censorship. Tennis hope Simone (Gefri Maya) is still reeling from the effects of a romantic decision she made at the end of Season 2. But when changes in Bringston threaten her tennis ambitions, her love life is put on the back burner.

Meanwhile, coach Marcus (Cory Hardrict) is dealing with his own issues as his long-lost wife returns; JR (Sylvester Powell) is struggling to get his life back on track after being kicked out of KEK; Thea (Camille Hyde) is trying to make it on the pro trying to make a headway on the professional circuit.

Rashida Jones joins Maya Rudolph in The Spoils of War, Rose Byrne in Physical and Platonic, and Kristen Wiig in Palm Royale as Hollywood's top comedy actress headlines Apple TV Plus. She plays Susie, an American woman living in Kyoto whose life changes forever when her husband and son go missing in a mysterious plane crash.

As a sort of consolation, she is given a household robot made by her husband's electronics company. This robot, called Sunny, tries to fill the voice of Susie's life. Susie initially resents the robot, but the two develop an unlikely friendship and begin to delve into the dark truth of what really happened to her family.

Premieres Wednesday, July 10 at 12 a.m. ET on Apple TV Plus

Executive producers Dakota and Elle Fanning teamed with director Abby Fuller, a pioneer in serial killer profiling and the most The film focuses on the career of Dr. Anne Burgess, who was a central figure in solving some of the most notorious crimes in American history. As a psychiatric nurse and professor, she must first learn to think like a killer if she is to stop this monstrous killer. Burgess studies the damaged psyches of victims and perpetrators and assembles both sides of the story to catch the killer.

Premieres on Hulu on Thursday, July 11 at 12 a.m. ET

All Epics Must Eventually End: "Valhalla" reaches its third and final season. Seven years after the bloody and violent events of Season 2, Freydis Eiriksdottir (Frida Gustafsson) has become the undisputed leader of the pagan Yomsborg, her brother Rafe Eriksson (Sam Corlett) and Prince Harald Sigurdsson (Leo Suter) glory in Constantinople. But a great challenge still remains for the heroic trio, and they face the possibility of not returning to Norway.

The animated comedy series inspired by the best-selling card game. After being fired, God (Tom Ellis) is sent to Earth to reconnect with humanity, but he is trapped in the body of a chubby house cat.

As part of his penance, he moves in with his dysfunctional family and tries to solve their problems. And as we know, Godcat's neighbor was his nemesis, the Antichrist (Sasir Zamata). Unfortunately, the endless battle between good and evil is hampered by Godcat and Devilcat being distracted by laser pointers, pigeons, and naps.
