Selling Sunset Season 7: Everything You Know So Far

Selling Sunset Season 7: Everything You Know So Far

"Selling Sunset" Season 7 is in the works, and Netflix has already renewed the reality series for Season 7, along with the sixth installment, which premiered last week.

"Selling Sunset" follows the female agents of the Oppenheim Group, a luxury real estate brokerage firm in Los Angeles. The women traipse around the Hollywood Hills and Sunset Strip in stilettos in hopes of making a big sale. But it is a tough business, and the real estate agents often find themselves competing with each other.

"Selling Sunset" Season 7 continues to highlight the feuds, gossip, and resentments that develop between Krischelle Stuess, Emma Herman, Mary Fitzgerald, and the other agents, as well as the L.A. properties.

Here's what we know so far about "Sunset for Sale" Season 7: In June 2022, Stause announced that the streamer had given the go-ahead for both Seasons 6 and 7:

In a March 2023 interview with E. News, Heather Rae El Moussa revealed that "Season 7 is filming right now."

A possible release date for Season 7 of Selling Sunset can be inferred from the show's history and ongoing filming.

Beginning with Season 2, Netflix has been filming two seasons at a time. These consecutive seasons are being released fairly close together. Seasons 2 and 3 were released in May and August 2020 (only three months apart), while seasons 4 and 5 were released in November 2021 and April 2022 (five months apart).

Seasons 6 and 7 were also filmed back to back, so it is likely that season 7 will be released within six months. That would be sometime in late fall 2023.

Netflix has not confirmed the cast for Season 7 of Selling the Sunset, but key characters Chrishell Stuess, Jason Oppenheim, Mary Fitzgerald, Emma Hernan, Heather Ray El Moussa, Amanza Smith, Davina Potratz, and Chelsea Razkani are almost certain to be included.

Two new cast members, Bre Taisi and Nicole Young, who joined from the sixth installment, will definitely return for Season 7, as announced at the time of casting.

Several new faces may appear, but it is unlikely that any significant cast members will be added in Season 7.

Of course, the amount of screen time the cast receives is up in the air. El Moussa told E. News, "I was on maternity leave and I was looking forward to getting back to work. And so far, I have not been called back."

She added.

She added, "It's gotten a little frustrating. So [I] don't know what's going on," she added.

And don't expect former agent Christine Quinn to return. She left the show without getting along with almost all of the cast. She told Entertainment Weekly, "I wouldn't come back in a million years."

The season 6 finale ended with quite a few cliffhangers, paving the way for the dramatic fireworks of "Sunset" season 7. Here are a few storylines viewers might see:

Heather has a baby: Heather's baby shower will take place in the finale, and she will give birth shortly; People reported that she and husband Tarek El Moussa gave birth to a boy on January 31 People reported. However, given her comments about the shoot, it is unclear if we will see Heather as a new mom.

Krischelle and G-Flip Married: Krischelle surprised herself and everyone else by falling in love with non-binary musician G-Flip after she and Jason broke up. As Krischelle revealed on Instagram, the two recently got married.

Krischelle's Career Path: In the finale, Mary bluntly tells Krischelle that she is not living up to expectations in regards to her work. Krischel shrugs her shoulders, indicating that she doesn't care much and prefers to spend time with G-Flip. She walks away.

Nicole vs. Krischelle: The two agents clashed throughout the season. If Krishel returns to the O group, Nicole will likely target her again.

Chelsea vs. Bre: They also clashed throughout the season, especially over their different approaches to family life. There is no doubt that their feud will continue.
