Let's Get Physical - Physical Season 3. the 80's drama returns to Apple TV Plus for one last workout. Rose Byrne is in top form as housewife-turned-fitness guru Sheila Rubin. She has come a long way from her boring family days, but the emergence of a new rival could destroy her hard-earned empire.

Sheila finally leaves her unsatisfying marriage to Danny (Rory Scovel) and battles the dark voice inside that has humiliated her for years. With the help of her friend and business partner Greta (Deirdre Friel), she found inner confidence and strength as a teacher and entrepreneur at Body by Sheila.

But now Sheila finds her position threatened by up-and-coming celebrity exercise goddess Kelly Kilmartin (new cast member Zooey Deschanel). This new rival is not only a threat to her job, but also to Sheila's head, which threatens to undermine the peace she has so carefully established.
