With Max Verstappen crowned the 2023 F1 drivers' champion at last week's Qatar Grand Prix, the remaining five races this season will be spent chasing records and laying the groundwork for next year. And it all starts today at the Circuit of the Americas for the U.S. Grand Prix.

The U.S. Grand Prix itself will start at 3 p.m. EST / 8 p.m. CET (6 a.m. GMT Monday).

This article explains how to watch the live stream of the US GP from anywhere using a VPN and for free.

Austrian and Luxembourg F1 fans are among the luckiest countries in the world.

Both countries offer free-to-air F1 live streams. In Luxembourg, "RTL Zwee" shares the broadcast with "ORF" and "ServusTV" in Austria, and this weekend's US Grand Prix will be broadcast on "Servus".

Streaming on these services is blocked from abroad. If you are a resident of one of these countries and will be abroad while the U.S. Grand Prix is being held, you will not want to pay for streaming services again during your vacation or business trip.

The 2023 U.S. Grand Prix will be live streamed on ABC and ESPN. ESPN and ESPN2 on Friday and Saturday, and ABC and ESPN Plus on Sunday.

Also, if you are normally based in the US but not currently in the US, you can still watch the services you are already subscribed to via a VPN such as ExpressVPN.

"Sky Sports" has long been the home of F1, with the dedicated F1 channel hosting all the weekend's action. Only "Channel 4" allows British fans to watch their home GP for free.

Therefore, to watch a live stream of F1, you need "Sky Sports F1". This is included in the full Sky Sports package and can be added to the regular Sky plan, which also includes the provider's Premier League, cricket, golf, and racing channels.

With the required Sky box and TV, you can watch all the F1 action in super high definition 4K. You can also watch on the go with the Sky Go app for smartphones, tablets, and streaming devices.

If you don't want to pay for Sky's full package, you can use the Now Sports Pass, which allows you to watch all Sky Sports channels. However, 4K broadcasts are not available on Now, so don't get your hopes up.

TSN has the rights to live stream F1 in Canada, including the US GP.

This weekend's practice, qualifying, and sprint sessions will be broadcast on TSN's various channels, and the race itself will be broadcast live on TSN5 on Sunday. If you already subscribe to TSN through your cable provider, you can watch on your TV or on the TSN Go app.

Fox Sports has acquired the rights to broadcast F1, so you will need to channel Fox Sports 506 on your Foxtel plan.

Don't have Foxtel; Kayo Sports may be a better shout for you with its affordable, commitment-free plan. They also offer live sports other than motor racing, such as cricket, AFL, rugby, etc.

If you want to watch Foxtel or Kayo F1 live stream when you are away from Australia, one of the best VPNs allows you to watch as if you were at home.
