The 49ers (2-0) are off to a much better start to their season and will be looking to keep it going in this matchup. In week 1, they dominated the Steelers 30-7 on the road. Last week, they controlled the game from start to finish, beating the Rams 30-23 in Los Angeles.

This game marks their home opener and thus the first time this season that Niner fans will see the NFL's leading rusher Christian McCaffrey going to work. The 27-year-old offensive weapon is off to the best start of his career. He has rushed for a total of 268 yards in his first two games, 88 yards more than the NFL leader and league's second-leading Falcon Bijan Robinson.

San Francisco's offense will have to deal with late inactivity. Wide receiver Brandon Iyuk has a shoulder injury and will miss tonight's game. He is the 49ers leading receiver with 172 yards.

According to Draft Kings, the 49ers are heavily favored by 10.5 points over the Giants. The over/under is 43.5.
