And now, after various industry delays, "American Horror Story: Delicate" has finally arrived. The film is based on Daniel Valentine's new novel, "Delicate Condition," which has been described as "shockingly realistic," with a "twist" and a "feminist update of 'Rosemary's Baby.'"

In "Delicate," Emma Roberts plays Anna, an A-list actress. Thanks to in vitro fertilization, her dream of having a family was on the verge of coming true. However, soon after her pregnancy, she begins to be stalked by occult figures and haunted by sinister visions, and her life becomes a paranoid nightmare.

Directing this season's perilous tale of motherhood are Jessica Yu ("Fosse/Verdon," "Ratched") and Jennifer Lynch (daughter of David Lynch), while Kim Kardashian is joined by Cara Delevingne, AHS alums Denise Kim Kardashian stars as best friend Siobhan, along with Cara Delevingne and AHS alumni Dennis O'Hare and Billy Lord.

Emma Roberts returns for the latest installment of this hit anthology series. American Horror Story Season 12 debuts on Wednesday, September 20 on the FX channel, airing at 10 pm ET and 7 pm PT.

Although there are 10 episodes in total, American Horror Story: Delicate is in two parts of five episodes each, pausing after October 18 and returning at a later date.
