Amazon Prime Big Deal Days Dates Announced - Here are the exact dates for Prime Day 2

Amazon has announced the official dates for its second Prime Day in 2023.

The online retailer confirmed that Prime Big Deal Days will begin at midnight on Tuesday, October 10 in 19 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The event will run through midnight on Wednesday, October 11, giving retailers 48 hours to make the most of Amazon's deals.

The two-day sale period is effectively a repeat of July's Prime Day and the two-day Amazon Prime Early Access sale held last October.

If you really want to maximize your search for the best deals, it may be time to hop on a plane and head to Sydney or Melbourne. In Australia, Amazon shoppers can take advantage of international deals from the U.S. until the sun sets on the West Coast.

"With a wide selection of products with fast and convenient delivery options, new deals will drop every five minutes frequently throughout the event and for selected periods," Amazon confirmed in a blog post announcing the dates.

"Additionally, Amazon will make it easier for Prime members to find deals that interest them with personalized recommendations based on past purchases, browsing history, and items saved in their lists.

So if you have your eye on a particular purchase, perhaps you're after the best robot vacuum cleaner or need the best PS5 accessories, Tom's Guide will scour the site to bring you the latest deals. And while we don't know where the biggest discounts will be up front, we can make some guesses.

Amazon's own devices, like the best Kindles and the best Alexa speakers, will almost certainly get a decent price cut, but other brands are getting in on the action. We hear that Nintendo, PlayStation, Bose, Logitech, and others are preparing attractive price cuts.

A flood of discounts is also expected to extend to tech products such as headphones, smartwatches, laptops, gaming consoles, and even fitness and home essentials. It is also likely to be the last big sales event before Black Friday.

Of course, to snag a bargain at the upcoming Prime Big Deal Days sale, you'll need to be a Prime member, just like on the actual Amazon Prime Day.

If you have never been a Prime member, you can take advantage of a free 30-day trial.

However, part of the appeal of a Prime membership is access to other Amazon services like Prime Video.
