Check out the new shows on Netflix this week and ring in the New Year with new shows and movies.

This week's highlight is "Berlin," a prequel to the hugely popular "Money Heist" movie. The film follows the protagonist as he gathers a motley crew of experts to pull off one of the biggest, most successful multi-million dollar jewel heists ever.

There is also "Pokemon Concierge. This is a pleasant stop-motion animation featuring Halle, a young woman who takes care of Pokémon in an idyllic tropical resort while the trainers are away. She also takes care of a pair of adorable Psyducks who fly around the island to take care of each monster's wishes.

I want to see more. Your wish is our command. Not much new content is being added this week, but here's a day-by-day look at what's new on Netflix this week.

Comedian Ricky Jarvais brings us his latest stand-up special, and the man behind hits like "The Office" takes a lighthearted look at provocative topics like the possible extinction of the human race, the oddities of family weddings and funerals, and even artificial intelligence. The future may be frightening to contemplate, but Jarvais' signature irreverent humor makes it feel, well, still frightening, but also easy to laugh it off.

One day, Sarah (Sana Sundqvist) suddenly finds that her seemingly perfect life with husband Danielle (Matthias Ramos) and son Elliot (Amael Blomgren Alcaide) has fallen apart and that she must handle the pregnancy and parenting alone She realizes that she will have to handle the pregnancy and raising the child alone. Her estranged sister Linda (Charlotta Björk) is an unpredictable woman with an unruly dog. When Linda returns to Sarah's world, the sisters reconcile over their tumultuous past and rediscover their bond as a family, even if at first they really don't get along or think well of the other.

"Hell Camp": A Teenager's Nightmare," once applauded by controversial Wilderness Therapy founder Steve Certisano, looks at the dark side of Wilderness Therapy It is a documentary. Set in the Utah desert, Steve's Challenger Foundation promised the transformation of troubled teens through a tough challenge and a $15,900, 63-day program. However, this apparent solution for troubled teens was soon mired in scandal, especially after the tragic death of a 16-year-old girl, who was accused of many things, including child abuse and negligent homicide.

"Pokémon Concierge" is a charming stop-motion journey into a Pokémon paradise. Together with Haru (Karen Fukuhara), she serves as concierge at a luxurious Pokémon resort. There, Pokémon of all kinds receive royal treatment and plenty of pampering. Each episode reveals deeper insights about herself and the Pokémon world as she takes care of the resort's guests. Also, many Psyducks make appearances.

This prequel to "Money Heist" brings Berlin's (Pedro Alonso) mysterious past to the forefront. The story follows the protagonist's early escapades as he plans a heist to steal $44 million in jewels, and he is joined by cybersecurity expert Keira (Michelle Jenner), Berlin's ally Damian (Tristan Ulloa), thrill-seeker Cameron (Begoña Vargas), locksmith and faithful accomplice Roy ( Julio Peña), and gadget and weapons expert Bruce (Joel Sanchez), all of whom are excellent criminal associates with their own unique expertise. Together, they pull off a jewel heist against incredible odds.
