We have our clearest look yet at what Samsung has planned for the Galaxy S24 lineup, thanks to a leaked spec sheet that claims to show off what each of the three phones will offer under the hood. And it sounds like only modest changes from the current Galaxy S23 model are in the works.

The leaked spec sheet comes from Evan Blass, who posted the information on the former Twitter social media network. In addition to the spec sheet, Blass also posted a leak of a countdown timer that seems to support a January 17 release date for the rumored new model in the next Galaxy Unpacked.

According to the posted spec sheet, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will offer the biggest changes from the previous model. For starters, the model is said to feature a titanium frame, which is consistent with previous rumors about a change in materials. According to the sheet, the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus will continue to use an aluminum frame.

Like its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will feature a 200MP main camera, according to the posted spec sheet. The sheet also promises a "quad-telephoto" setup with four different zoom lengths: 2x, 3x, 5x, and 10x.

This could be a reference to previous Galaxy S24 Ultra rumors that suggested a collapsible variable telephoto lens to provide seamless zooming between different focal lengths. A more general rumor had the Galaxy S24 Ultra replacing one of its 10MP telephoto cameras with a 50MP version, whose lens was said to be up to 5x.

Another rumored feature, a brighter display of up to 2,600 nits, appears to be coming to the Galaxy S24 Ultra, with a 6.8-inch display like the previous model. However, this brighter screen will also be featured on the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus.

The sheet states that all three models will run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 system-on-chip, but this may reflect only the North American version of the Galaxy S24 phone. Another rumor states that Samsung plans to use Exynos 2400 silicon for the S24 and 24 Plus models to be released in other parts of the world.

Other changes introduced in the Galaxy S23 launched earlier this year will be followed in the Galaxy S24. The Ultra and Plus models will continue to offer 256GB of storage in the base model, while the standard S24 will start at 128GB.

The Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus will offer larger batteries than their predecessors, 4,000 mAh and 4,900 mAh respectively, while the Galaxy S4 Ultra is said to offer the same 5,000 mAh power pack as before.S 24 Ultra and S24 Plus charging specs are comparable to the 45W speeds offered by the previous model.

If the leaked spec sheet feels underwhelming, remember that it is only part of the Galaxy S24 story. Other rumors about the new model suggest that Samsung is leaning heavily on AI features for its upcoming flagship, and is incorporating generative AI into the phone. Possible features here include tools to compose emails, summarize web pages, and generate images.

If the countdown clock posted by Blass proves accurate, the Galaxy S24 is less than a month away from launch. Its leaked details point to an event scheduled to happen on January 18 at 3 am KST. This translates to January 17 at 1 pm EST / 10 am PST / 6 pm GMT - a date that coincides with most Galaxy S24 release date rumors.
