The last major marathon to be held in the United States in 2023 will take place this Sunday. Kenya's Cynthia Limo and Ethiopia's Sintayehu Tirahun Getahun and Kas Biteu Lemene lead this year's women's elite field. However, much of the attention will be on Japan's Yukari Abe, who is looking to become only the second woman from her country to win the title since compatriot Eri Hayakawa won the title 20 years ago.
