When will the M3 MacBook Air be available, a question on many people's lips given that the M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max MacBook Pro will be available at the end of 2023? If you believe this report, the answer is pretty close.

According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple will "likely" release a new MacBook Air in late March, along with the M3 iPad Pro and a new iPad Air.

In other words, this goes without saying, either refrain from buying a MacBook Air now, or suffer the Apple buyer's remorse that plagues many who purchase new hardware weeks before it is announced (I bought an iPad 2 (I still resent the fact that I dropped my iPad 2 two weeks after I bought it).

Rumors and leaks of the next M3 MacBook Air have been flying around, and according to Gurman, we may finally get to see it in a few more weeks. No major changes to the design are expected, which is to be expected given that Apple is known for revamping its aesthetic every few years. [The 3nm chipset brings a big boost in speed, along with new graphics tricks like hardware-accelerated ray tracing and mesh shading. [The possibility of playing compelling AAA titles on a thin and light machine like the MacBook Air is very appealing.

Gurman also reported on two other devices that are likely to be announced at the event. Four to be exact: the M3 iPad Pro with 11" and 13" OLED displays, and the iPad Air, which will be available in both the standard 10.9" size and a new 12.9" option.

Rumors surrounding the Air suggest that it will feature an M2 chip, which will keep the Pro at the top of Apple's tablet performance rankings. However, its new OLED technology has raised concerns of a rather large price increase; time will tell as anticipation builds for a hardware-heavy event at the end of March.
